The terms, in plain words.

Short, because the deal is simple: you bring goals, Plan90 writes a plan, and you do the days. These terms cover the Plan90 app and website. The app itself is licensed under Apple's standard licence, which the app links to.

The deal

  • Plan90 is a planning app. You tell it what you want to be true in ninety days, it asks a few questions, and it writes a plan you follow one day at a time. What you do with the plan is up to you.

Your account

  • One account per person, and it is yours: keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You must be 13 or older.
  • You can delete your account from the Profile tab at any time. We may close an account that abuses the service or the people on it.

The subscription

  • Plan90 is a subscription sold through the App Store, monthly or yearly. Setting up your plan is free; the subscription starts when your first week is written.
  • It renews on its own at the end of each period until you cancel. You cancel from your Apple account, at least a day before the renewal, and you keep access until the period ends.
  • A free trial, where offered, is one per Apple account. You are not charged if you cancel before it ends.
  • Prices are set in the App Store and can differ by country. Refunds are Apple's to give, under Apple's rules.

What the plan is, and is not

  • Your plan is written by an AI model from your own answers. It is a suggestion, and it can be wrong.
  • It is not medical, fitness, nutritional, financial, or professional advice. Check with a professional before you begin physical training or change what you eat, stop if something hurts, and use your own judgement over the plan's, every time.

Your content

  • Your goals, answers, tasks, and posts are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, to send what the plan needs to the AI provider, and to show your feedback posts to other users and on the website without your name.
  • Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, or private about someone else. We may remove it.

Fair use

  • Use Plan90 for yourself. Do not try to break it, overload it, copy it, or get into anyone else's account, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep Plan90 running, and sometimes it will not be: for maintenance, or because something broke. We may change or remove features, and a version of the app can require an update to keep working.
  • If we ever end the service, we will say so in advance, and you can delete your data before then.

Liability

  • Plan90 is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what you do or do not do with your plan, for lost data, or for time the service is unavailable, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
  • Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that the law does not let us limit.

Changes to these terms

  • When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using Plan90 after that means you accept the new terms.

The law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts.
