What Plan90 keeps, and why.
Last updated 14 September 2026.
Plan90 is a small app with a simple deal: we keep what your plan needs and nothing else, and you can take it all away in two taps.
What we keep
- Your email address and, if you give one, your name. Your time zone, so a day starts and ends when it does for you.
- The goals you set, your answers to the planning questions, the plan written from them, and what you mark done, moved, skipped, or missed each day.
- Whether your subscription is active, which Apple tells us. We never see your card.
- If you turn reminders on, the device token that lets us send them.
What we do with it
- Write and run your plan, and show you your own progress.
- Send the emails you ask for: sign-up and password codes, a welcome, and weekly and monthly notes about your sprint.
- Your goals and answers are sent to an AI model provider to write your plan and check the reasons you give for skipping a task. We send only what the plan needs, never your email address, and we do not use your data to train models.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no analytics trackers, no selling or sharing of your data with anyone who is not needed to run the service.
- The people who help us run it: our database and sign-in host, our email delivery service, and the AI model provider. Each sees only what its job requires.
Your choices
- You can delete your account from the Profile tab. Your sign-in record is removed at once and your plan data is detached from anything that identifies you.
- You can change your name, time zone, and reminder time in the app.
